1. DESIGN ENGINEERING:
We design structural steel and reinforced concrete structures related to Indian & other country standards as per client requirements. The designs are then converted to field, shop or design drawings. Majority of the structures designed are related to residential,commercial,telecommunication, advertising, industrial, municipal, & cultural projects.
Various structures designed and detailed are Industrial Structures,Residential Buildings, Apartments, Commercial Complexes, Arches, Steel Roof Sheds, Mezzanine Floors, Telecommunication Towers, Retaining Walls, Culverts, Water Tanks, and Radome Towers for Airports, Poles, Monopoles, Electrical Cable Carrying Towers, Connections & Base Plates, and Hoarding Structures. Structural Audit & Reverse Engineering to check the capacity of existing buildings for Floor Addition, Change of Occupancy or Change in Loading, Installation of Towers & Poles, Advertisement Hoardings, Solar Panels & Steel Sheds on top of the building and we provide effective strengthening solutions for increasing the load carrying capacity through Retrofitting & Structural Strength Restoration in the buildings thus giving a long term sustainable solution to save client’s money and priceless non-renewable natural resources and effectively utilizing & implementing the knowledge & expertise.
2. STRUCTURAL STEEL DRAWINGS:
We develop General Arrangement, Structural & Shop drawings for all steel projects. We are capable of producing drawings for Indian & American standards. We use AutoCAD & Similar Software for producing the drawings.
Various structures that we have detailed includes Cross Over Bridge (COB) & Fall Arrestor System (FAS) for a project of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) & 3 No’s of 12m & 9m high Rooftop Telecommunication Tower (RTT) for S R Engineering, Lucknow.
3. ESTIMATION AND COSTING
We prepare Bill of Quantities, Rate Analysis, and Bar Bending Schedules. We use Respective State/UT Schedule of Rates like CPWD and other SR for giving supporting documents
